The current structures of education providers and organisations have clearly reached a limit.
Education providers no longer can survive by pursuing their normal course of business and relying on a rigid set of offerings. Only sustainable organisational development, with modern innovation and knowledge management at its core, can meet the following requirements:
- Change from being a provider of standardised course offerings to a creator of custom-tailored learning.
- Advance knowledge management to develop new services, increasingly in direct cooperation with clients.
- Gain recognition as a "system provider", which enriches its classic offerings with new services in consulting, organisational development, integration, as well as new learning forms and media.
- Build independent-learning centers with consultation activities for individual education planning.
